History

Our Company was established under the name of Japan Machine Industry Co., Ltd. in 1947, and had been fabricating chemical process equipment and plants such as high effective mixing machine,  distilling fractionators, salt-liquor evaporating plants, rotary steaming type and/or patented single type band dryers for foods and many other kinds of chemical processing equipments.

During this period, the "New Type Ejector" and the "Screw Press Process for continuous Alkali-Cellulose Manufacturing" were introduced after years of our research and development that brought us the prize in honor of the excellent inventions and development from the Ministry of International Trading and Industry. 

Especially as for the technical aspect of ejectors, when establishing (JIS B 8111) "Testing methods for steam jet air ejectors" we sent our technical advisors representing other manufacturers.

In 1962 the company name was changed to "Japan Ejector Engineering Co., Ltd.", its present name, by reason of putting more focus on engineering of "Ejectors", "Chilled Water Plants" and its related equipments.

Since then we have achieved a brilliant success of engineering and manufacturing ejectors for chemical and petrochemical plants, for turbine condensers, for water desalination plants, large-sized multi ejectors for vacuum-degassing equipment of steel plants and water, fluid, gas driven jet pumps, etc..

As of the end of 2003, we have numbered over 20,000 units of ejectors and its related equipments,

and over 120 units of Chilled Water Plants supplied to our customers all over the world.

We are a unique and specialized company engaged in design and manufacture of only ejectors so that we recognize ourselves as a leader in this field and have devoted to collect the valuable data through the substantial research and development.

Since 1983, we started the sales of Jet-Ring Vacuum Pump, the combination of ejectors and water ring vacuum pump.

With its portability and economical use, this vacuum pump system has received an outstanding reputation being one of our main handling items today.
