Barometric Condenser

Japan Ejector Engineering (JEE) Barometric Condensers produce a high vacuum and condense steam.
At the same time air and non-condensable gases are removed.
The characteristic of this type of condenser is that gas and cooling water touch directly so that condensed gas is mixed in cooling water.
The location of the set-up has to be at least 11m above the tank or reservoir for discharging the condensable gas (cooling water and condensable gas). Our barometric condensers adopt the alcove-shelved tray with holes,  therefore the ability of condensing and cooling is large and easy to take apart for inspection.
The structure is quite simple so that they are easy to fabricate in almost any materials.
Surface Condenser

Surface Condensers are normally designed to use Shell & Tube type heat exchanger. Condensable gases are indirectly cooled by the surface of cooling tube.
The non-condensable gases are exhausted and discharged by the means of steam ejector.
Surface condensers are used in all cases where vapors and cooling water are not allowed to mix with or where condensates need to be collected. As well as the barometric condenser, the surface condenser can be fabricated in any materials.
