Sd2. Steam Jet Heaters

Steam Jet Heaters are designed to mix steam with cold water equally and transport them  without any noise or vibration.

As the motive liquid absorb all of the heat in the steam, it obtains sufficient heating.

We offer two types of Steam Jet Heaters in general, tank type and pipeline type, even within these types, different designs are carefully considered depending on applications.

Pipeline type heaters are usually called as "Line Heater". They are used where it is necessary to obtain hot water since an immediate heating is obtained with direct connection to water lines.

Installing of the controlled valve can adjust the temperature of hot water.

This type of heaters consists of a mixing nozzle, a diffuser, and a body. The main purpose of this heater is heating transportation of the pressured water that is different from the application of steam jet siphons.

Materials often used for this unit are carbon steels and stainless steels.

The tank type heaters are applied where the steam is soaked in the liquid to be heated in the open-air tank, and the velocity of jet steam mix and stir the liquid in the tank without any noise or vibration.
